Leading American University, Webster University, will open its first campus in Georgia, on the territory of Silicon Valley Tbilisi, home to the country's fastest-growing and most innovative higher education institution, the University of Business and Technology (BTU).

Webster campuses are located in different countries of the world, including the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, and Greece.

''Entering the Webster University in Georgia allows young people to receive an American education and diploma without leaving the country. The university will offer both Bachelor's and Master's programs. At the first stage, there will be three directions: business administration and management, international affairs, and media communications. New programs will be added step by step,''-said Mikheil Batiashvili, head of BTU at CBW.

Innovative programs of the University of Business and Technology and international standard training program, high quality and important partners, strong technology base, high-tech laboratories, established ecosystem - these are some of the reasons why the American University chose Business and Technology University and Silicon Valley Tbilisi.

Webster University will cover an area of 2,000 square meters of Silicon Valley in Tbilisi, with laboratories, lecture halls, a library, and workspaces.

''Foreign professors will read lectures at Webster University and the program will be completely similar to other international campuses. Graduates will receive an American diploma, which is recognized both in Europe and in the US.

It will be convenient for Georgian students to study in their own country, yet receive an American experience. While we also welcome students from neighboring countries, as Webster University will be the leading international campus in the region.

Renovation works are underway, which will soon complete and we will be welcoming our first students in 2022,''-said Mikheil Batiashvili at CBW.

In 2018, with programs implemented abroad, Webster became the # 4 institution in the USA in the ranking of the "Best American Universities".
