Georgian Wine Showcased at Krakow Event in Honor of Bunkier Sztuki's 60th Anniversary
A large-scale presentation and tasting of Georgian wine took place in Krakow as part of the 60th anniversary celebration of the Bunkier Sztuki art gallery.
The event was attended by around 400 guests, including representatives from the arts, business, and political sectors. Alongside the tasting, an informational stand was displayed highlighting the culture and history of Georgian wine, contributing to increased awareness and popularization of the product.
Poland is one of the strategic markets for Georgian wine and consistently ranks among the top five countries importing Georgian wine. According to data from January to August 2025, Georgian wine exports to Poland totaled 4.7 million liters—a 15% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
Promoting and raising awareness of Georgian wine in international markets is one of the key objectives of the National Wine Agency. Since 2013, the Agency has implemented targeted advertising and marketing campaigns across the Americas, Europe, and Southeast Asia to support market diversification.
With the financial and organizational backing of the National Wine Agency, Georgian wine has been featured in 22 exhibitions and festivals, as well as nearly 160 tasting seminars across 15 countries during the first nine months of 2025.
