Georgian Wine Presented in the German City of Deidesheim

With financial support from the National Wine Agency and in cooperation with German marketing firm ff.k Public Relations, a wine tasting event was held in Deidesheim, Germany, as part of the international “TOP 50 Sommeliers” program.

The tasting was hosted by German wine expert Inge Mainzer. The “TOP 50 Sommeliers” event has been held since 2012 and includes participation from sommeliers, the HoReCa sector, gastronomy professionals, and media.

Since 2020, Germany has joined the ranks of strategic export markets for Georgian wine, and it now consistently ranks among the top export destinations. To strengthen Georgian wine’s promotion and export potential, the National Wine Agency began collaborating with ff.k Public Relations in 2021.
