Average Price at 5-Star Hotels in Georgia Totals GEL 350

Hotel service tariffs increased by 4.9% in December compared to November, including the price index at 3-, 4- and 5-star hotels rose by 4.2%, while the price index at family-style hotels increased by 7.4%.

PMCG Research has published the price index based on indicators from hotels registered on Booking.com. The average price at 3-star hotels constituted GEL 123. The price index declined by an annual 12%, including the price index at 3-, 4- and 5-star hotels decreased by 13.6%.

The price index at guesthouses shrank by 15.9%. The average price at 4-star hotels made up GEL 197. The average price at 5-star accommodation facilities constituted GEL 352 in December 2020. The average price of a standard 2-bed suite is GEL 440 GEL, Tbilisi – GEL 410, Kakheti - GEL 397, Samtskhe-Javakheti – GEL 377.
