NEXT Unveils Two New Projects Inspired by Cultural Heritage: Cinema City and NEU Tbilisi
On October 1, international real estate development brand NEXT hosted an invitation-only evening at the historic pavilion of the Georgian Film studio, officially unveiling two major new projects in its cultural heritage-inspired portfolio: Cinema City and NEU Tbilisi.
The large-scale event featured a distinctive theatrical format. Guests included business leaders, representatives of the diplomatic corps, government officials, and renowned Georgian actors.

According to NEXT representatives, the presentation’s unconventional format and creative approach reflected the character of the projects. Particular emphasis was therefore placed on theatrical performances and music.
Featuring well-known actors, scenes from Georgian cinema classics and episodes from the history of NEU Tbilisi were brought to life, highlighting a unique connection between the past and the present. The musical programme was a particular highlight, with performances by Nika Nikvashvili’s orchestra and Nataliko Kutateladze receiving an enthusiastic response from the audience.
The evening culminated in the presentation of NEXT’s new development line, reflecting a leading global real estate trend: projects inspired by the preservation of cultural heritage, designed to breathe new life into the capital’s cultural and architectural legacy.
Archil Sologhashvili and Gvantsa Daraselia presented the concepts behind Cinema City and NEU Tbilisi in detail, introducing guests to the history of the sites, the architectural vision, and the plans for their development.
Cinema City brings together the film studio’s unique heritage, contemporary residential spaces, and a new destination for the city. NEU Tbilisi, meanwhile, brings a vision of future urban development to life within the historic setting of Chughureti.
The event was also broadcast live on the large screen at the Tbilisi Concert Hall, allowing members of the public to follow the evening in real time.
At the close of the event, the company made a significant announcement: pre-sales for NEU Tbilisi have officially launched. Just 26 apartments are currently available under a special offer with preferential terms.
The event once again highlighted NEXT’s philosophy as a global brand: preserving historic heritage through innovative approaches, seamlessly integrating historically significant spaces into contemporary life, and shaping the city’s future with respect for its past.
