Johnson & Johnson Vaccine to Enter Georgia in September
50,000 doses of Johnson & Johnson vaccine will enter the country in September.
According to the head of NCDC, the vaccine is used only once and is aided by the German government.
"According to my calculations, in August, half a million doses of Pfizer will be used in August, which means that we will have left 1 million doses in September. Of this, 300,000 will be allocated for the second dose and additional 350,000 people will be able to vaccinate with Pfizer in September. This will have a noticeable impact on the epidemiological situation in the country", noted Amiran Gamkrelidze.
