Archi is Georgia’s leading real estate development company, holding approximately 20% of the country’s residential development market. It was the first developer in Georgia to introduce the concept of large-scale master-planned developments. Founded in 2006 by Ilia Tsulaia and his partners, ARCHI has successfully completed more than 55 projects and is home to over 70,000 residents and investors from 30 countries. In recent years, the company has expanded internationally, launching projects in global markets, including Florida, USA. ARCHI’s core values are quality, international trust, and a long-term vision for sustainable development.
“The opening of our representative office in Poland is an important part of ARCHI’s international development strategy. Georgia is becoming increasingly attractive to European investors in the real estate sector, and our goal is to make communication with them more accessible, direct, and effective. The Warsaw office will help us introduce the potential of the Georgian market to Polish investors and brokerage companies locally, while developing long-term partnerships with them,” said Shio Khetsuriani, CEO of ARCHI.
For NEXT, the Warsaw office marks another significant milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy. It is NEXT’s third international office, following the successful establishment of offices in Dubai and Kenya.
Speaking during the event, NEXT Executive Director Sopio Chelidze stated:
“Today marks a significant step for NEXT as we showcase our growth as an international brand. This is our third office worldwide, following our successful operations in Dubai and Kenya. Combined with our Tbilisi office and our global headquarters in Batumi, we already operate across three continents.”
Across its global markets, NEXT has developed and is currently developing over 1,000,000 square meters of real estate, with USD 1.2 billion in assets under management. The company serves investors from more than 65 countries, supported by an international sales team that provides consultations in seven languages, including Polish, ensuring seamless communication and local support for clients across multiple markets.
Speaking at the event, Diana Zhgenti, Ambassador of Georgia to Poland, highlighted Georgia as an attractive investment destination and noted:
"This opening reflects the growing interest of Polish investors in Georgian real estate, as well as the strong and friendly relationship between Georgia and Poland. Georgia has established itself as one of the region’s most attractive investment destinations, offering a liberal economic environment and a strategic location at the crossroads of Europe and Asia. In recent years, the country has demonstrated impressive economic growth, reaching 9% in 2024 and 7.5% in 2025. These achievements further strengthen Georgia’s position as a promising destination for international investment."
