TBC Introduces Georgia’s First Subscription Tracking Feature in Its Mobile Banking App

More of the services people use every day, from taxis and online shopping to food delivery—now operate through digital platforms. As a result, it can be difficult to remember where a bank card has been saved or which services are charging it regularly.

To make this easier, TBC has introduced a new Subscriptions feature in its mobile banking app in partnership with Visa. According to TBC, it is the first feature of its kind in Georgia.

The feature is currently being piloted for TBC Concept and Wealth Management customers who use any TBC Visa card for subscriptions and online payments. To view it, customers can open the mobile banking app, select their TBC Visa card and tap the Subscriptions banner.

The feature brings information about recurring payments made with a TBC Visa card into one place. It also helps customers identify subscriptions and cards saved on online platforms that they may no longer use.

Recurring charges may include monthly or annual subscriptions to services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, as well as payments to other online platforms and retailers.
