Cooperation Memorandum Signed between TBC and TBILISI HILLS GOLF & RESIDENCES

The newly built complex of Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences was officially opened 6 months ago, and on April 13, a golf opening ceremony was held.

2 phase construction of residential and infrastructural complex has already been financed under the cooperation memorandum of cooperation between TBC and Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences. In addition to corporate banking services, the Bank supports the developer company in terms of consultations.

In parallel with the corporate banking service, TBC offers the services of mortgage center for Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences. Exclusively for TBC status users, Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences will offer discount apartments and villas.

Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences is a residential and infrastructural complex located on 331 hectares in Tbilisi, Krtsanisi District. The complex combines premium class facilities and the largest golf course in Georgia. It includes more than 350 villas, more than 70 townhouses, up to 800 apartments and infrastructural facilities.
