Georgian Wine Showcased at Warsaw Night Market to Boost Exports

In order to diversify export markets for Georgian wine, a tasting event was held in Poland’s capital at the popular “Warsaw Night Market” festival. The event was organized by the Polish marketing company People PR with the support of the National Wine Agency.

The festival, one of the highlights of the Polish wine market, attracts thousands of wine enthusiasts, professionals, importers, HoReCa representatives, and media every year. Showcasing Georgian wine at such a venue significantly contributes to its popularity and, consequently, export growth.

Poland is a strategic market for Georgian wine and has firmly established itself among the top five Georgian wine-exporting countries. To strengthen its presence, the National Wine Agency has been working with People PR since 2022 to run marketing campaigns in Poland. As a result, exports of Georgian wine to Poland have shown steady growth. According to data from January–August 2025, exports reached 4.7 million liters, a 15% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

Promoting and raising awareness of Georgian wine in international markets is one of the National Wine Agency’s key priorities. Since 2013, the agency has been implementing targeted advertising and marketing campaigns in America, Europe, and Southeast Asia to diversify export destinations. With its financial and organizational support, Georgian wine was presented at 20 exhibitions and festivals and 145 tasting seminars in 14 countries worldwide during the first eight months of 2025.
