Georgian Wine Featured in Major German Wine Retail Campaign

With the support of Georgia’s National Wine Agency and coordination by its contractor marketing firm FF.K Public Relations, an active promotional campaign for Georgian wine has been launched across Germany's leading wine retail chains.

The initiative aims to increase the visibility and sales of Georgian wines in key export markets by directly engaging with consumers.

As part of the campaign, Georgian wines are showcased in over 300 stores of Jacques’ Wein-Depot, one of Germany's most prestigious wine retail chains. Special in-store displays have been set up to highlight the uniqueness and quality of Georgian wines.

Additionally, HAWESKO, Germany’s largest premium wine retailer, has launched an exclusive online shelf and dedicated web page for Georgian wines. The National Wine Agency has been collaborating with HAWESKO since 2023, with the number of Georgian wines in the retailer’s portfolio steadily increasing.

The campaign is set to intensify in the autumn season, a period that traditionally sees a rise in wine sales. Marketing efforts will expand to include other major chains and importers, such as Mack & Schühle, Interpartner, and Rindchen’s.

Since 2021, the National Wine Agency has been working with FF.K Public Relations to strengthen the presence of Georgian wine in Germany—a key strategic market. The campaign includes a diverse range of activities: professional tasting seminars across German cities, participation in international wine exhibitions, targeted media campaigns, and press trips to Georgia for wine experts and industry professionals.
