With the support of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and the organization of the Rural Development Agency, six Georgian companies presented their agricultural and food products at the international exhibition U.S. Private Label Trade Show held in Chicago, USA.

At the Georgian pavilion, the following companies showcased their products: Achinebuli, Aromaproduct, Gringold, Hobi, RK Lavr-Georgia, and Kula. Their displays included organic juices, tea, honey, dried fruit, bay leaves, and fruit and vegetable canned products.

Local and international companies participated in the exhibition. The opening ceremony was attended by the Acting Director of the Rural Development Agency Giorgi Avaliani, Acting Deputy Director Nika Urushadze, and Davit Charkviani, Counselor at the Embassy of Georgia in the United States.

“On the initiative of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture, the Rural Development Agency has already participated in nine international exhibitions this year, including the U.S. Private Label Trade Show 2026 held in Chicago. Interest in Georgian products is very high. This is the fourth year Georgia is participating in this exhibition. We have had promising results in previous years, and we expect this year’s event to be successful for Georgian companies as well,” said Giorgi Avaliani.

Participation in major exhibitions like this provides producers with opportunities to establish new business contacts and expand their export potential.

It is noteworthy that in 2024, as a result of business connections established at international exhibitions, Georgian companies exported products worth over 10 million GEL. The organization of the exhibitions was financed by the Rural Development Agency in the amount of around 2 million GEL.
