Development Company Redco Opens 3 New Apartment Hotels in Gudauri

One of the largest real estate development companies in Georgia, Redco opened three new apartment hotels within the framework of the project "New Gudauri". The latter unites 825 premium-class apartments.

The total amount of the investment is 85 million GEL, and the project was implemented supported by TBC.

Foreign specialists worked on the architectural part of the project. The infrastructure of the complex includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa and fitness center, parking lot, restaurants, and bars.

Another current project of "New Gudauri" is a 5-star hotel of the international brand - Radisson Blu Gudauri.

"New Gudauri" includes a total of 26 apart-hotels and 5,000 rooms. Upon completion of the project, the number of rooms will increase to 10,000. The total investment amounts to 200 million GEL, and the completion deadline is the year 2023.
